I host my GroupFit Classes and Personal Training Sessions from my home in Antioch, IL at Cypress Marine. It is located about half a mile from Port of Blarney's down Grass Lake Rd. There are three major workout locations on the property and the weather determines which location we will be at that day. During the summer months we train on the beach and lift in "the dungeon" (basement) of the boathouse which overlooks the lake. We take full advantage of our property which includes sand sprints, swimming, kayaking, stair climbing, rope climbing and monkey bar trips. In Fall/Spring we do the majority of our workouts in "the barn" (garage). During winter, we move it inside my house.

My name is Kyle Bulava. Since 2008, I have been in the business of helping people to build the best versions of themselves. Everyone could use more cardioresipiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination, accuracy and mental toughness. Using my tried, tested and proven systems in fitness and nutrition, my clients acheive a more well rounded level of improvement in all the above mentioned measurements of fitness.
I pride myself on being able to work with athletes of all levels, whether competitive athlete or sedentary geriatric and anything inbetween. Everyone gets the results they're looking for in a safe and effective manner.
